Many say Ego is a dirty word how ever it is what keeps us all alive and moving forward. Further than that a still mind without thought might inquire to nothingness, but the goal is to open up streaming knowledge of universal understanding You are much more than a grain of sand or a drop of water and nothing in reality does not exist I am that I am, is the first stage of realised consciousness; Atlantian evolution, past I am that, is the association between you development between you and god; Aryan Evolution, present I am is the realisation that you and god is as one; Next Evolution, future I, is god; final race of man, forwarded future.
