Guest guest
Hello everyone, I know this isn't related to K, but tonight when my husband came home from work he asked me if I had heard anything about the Space Shuttle being delayed and of course I had no idea what he was talking about because I don't watch a lot of tv especially in the day time. To told him no and asked why and he said that he had heard, he works at Cape Canaval, it was being delayed due to a flying object, so I decided to see what I could find out about it and this is what I found on , a part where the astronauts describe what they saw! " " Astronauts aboard the shuttle were able to take photos of the object and describe it to Mission Control. " It's fairly small. ... It was departing away from us, maybe 1 or 2 feet per second, " Jett radioed. " It wasn't rising or falling. ... It was definitely moving away fairly quickly. " Mission control spotted the baffling object — the size of which was not immediately determined — with a video camera in the shuttle's cargo bay. The object, which circled the Earth in the same orbit as the shuttle, probably came out of the cargo bay around 2:45 a.m. EDT Tuesday because some jets had just been fired on Atlantis, Peterson said. " " Much Love and Peace for All Eternity, Katherine
Guest guest
This report was quite strange. The astronauts should know what is in the cargo bay and able to recognize it if it came from their own ship. Someone should go AP and see what it is!! ---- Katherine <katsam19 wrote: > Hello everyone, > > I know this isn't related to K, but tonight when my husband came home > from work he asked me if I had heard anything about the Space Shuttle > being delayed and of course I had no idea what he was talking about > because I don't watch a lot of tv especially in the day time.
