Hi chrism

These r my experiences since 3 days

 

 

Pain in lower region of spine – I feel like shearing spine longitudinally from

bottom till stomach region.

I get relief from pain by doing some Hatha yoga asanas like

bujangasana(serpent asana), and matsyaasana, dhanuraasana (bow asana), cow and

dog asana.

pls let me know ur comments.

Hello my friend,

Keep the tongue up. Lay on your back and gently swing

your knees and legs to the right side still keeping your back to the floor. This

will gently twist the spine. do this to the left as well. Can you do the five

Tibetans? If not then yes continue with the Hatha Yoga this is good. Do the

alternate nostril breathing right afterward. Then your meditation. Looking up

and in. Fingers in position. Help another person in what ever way you can. -
