Guest guest
Emotions are created by past events where feelings and thoughts were combined. Every time the mind remembers the incident it feels the emotion of the reaction at that time in the past. The mind calculates. The heart feels. When you ask yourself how you feel about something, do not include your thinking. When you involve your thinking, you interfere with the message from your inner self. It will not be as clear. How you feel about anything in your life is 100% accurate, unless you involve your mind, then it goes down to about 50%. So, your intuition knows the right response to every situation when the mind is kept out of the picture. If you ask yourself the same question two different ways. First ask how you " feel " about something, then ask what you " think " about the same thing. You will usually get two different answers. I always go with what I " feel " because I know that is what is in my best interest. Peace, Koushik.
