Movement in My spine

I want to know if a movement traveling up my spine has to do with the

K. It started at the base of my back. My back had been hurting and

then I started feeling the movement and it is a somewhat uncomfortable

hurt. It feels as if it is on the right side, but not the left.

Something new for me so I thought I would pass it along to see what

your opinions are on the subject.

Hello Katharine,

Get a " feel " for the sensations and with in the

safeties feel what occurs. If there is consistant pressure and

movement that comes then goes after the practice or not, try to get

a pattern for your sensations at this point. I would like you to
