of kundalini?

Koushik Ramesh: a few claim that kundalini is not necessary for

enlightenment/nirvikalpa/samadhi ..etc

Chris Mitchell: Depends on what is occurring with the person. If they

have the karma to recieve and hold it without the Kundalini then yes

of course. TGypically Kundalini is one of the most necessary steps

Koushik Ramesh: I have no idea ...but i had no intention to awaken

kundalini ..i was doing nothingness meditation and it awakened

automatically.

Chris Mitchell: Kundalini conditions the mind ego and the body to

recieve the higher love

Koushik Ramesh: I have a friend ..he has been meditating for 20 years

...still his k is not awakened ...and he claims to be at nothingness

for 24 hours.

Chris Mitchell: Then it is a natural path for you

Chris Mitchell: it isnt his path yet. That may change as he is your

friend and will encounter your Shakti field

Koushik Ramesh: Chris ..How can one know if his K is running through

the proper channel ..ie Sushumna ?

Chris Mitchell: By the response one encounters. To hot, to cold,

strong fear, to much sex, to little, burning Kidneys, energy lumps in

the side of the body(either) many more..

Chris Mitchell: extreme weakness ( prolonged), Paranoia, etc
