Hello Katherine,

No totem pole analogy would work as Kundalini isn't

linear. Some have been where you are and can offer assistance. Thats all. I

know you are working on these internal changes and they typically don't go away

over night. Peace, nobody is holding you to account. You are correct since your

K came up to your second chakra your adrenals got hyper stimulated. This will

lead one into fear very fast so this is why I mention it. It is a good lesson

for all. When the speed is very fast even a twig can cause a problem. That would

be an appropriate analogy. Coming into the Kundalini full throttle, so to speak.

Turn your fears into acts of love and blessings for others this also works for

the depression that can also accompany sudden Kundalini infusion. No worries
