Guest guest
When you help another in thought or in deed you are establishing a platform for initial kundalini movement or further Kundalini movement if you are experiencing a plateau. There is always the opportunity to overcome your shyness or fear and reach out to a stranger in need of a helping hand. This love based action, without the need or thought of recompense, will bring the activation into your body on a direct physical level. Bliss Kriyas to put shortly. I get these at every seminar where the Shaktipat is being recieved, but also when an opportunity for service presents and is responded to. Use your discernment and do not put yourself in the way of danger. Then go out and help people. Do it alot. Then see what happens to your Kundalini. Your Kundalini is intelligent and it knows you belong to this list and that you are recieving the " ListPat " Shaktipat of the group. It knows you better than anyone including yourself, as it is the divinity that you are and the body that you are at the same time. So it knows. And will release as you practice, and forgive and give service. -
Guest guest
Yes! So nice to hear this. Kundalini loves to be shared and in so doing there is a return. Self-aggrandizement is only a true principle when the intent is to lift others first. Guest guest
Hello Troy, Yes and love also is conducive to sharing and Kundalini development. I say this only as a clarification. If folks havent raised it up the spine yet they may not feel they have it to share. Love though is there always and needs only be thought on and acted upon. - tbm36m <tbm36m wrote: Yes! Guest guest
Love and kundalini. Are they one of the same? I often experience profound LOVE when kundalini is active or vice versa. Gratitude seems to be a trigger and symptom as well. Interested in your thoughts on this. Thank you. Guest guest
Yes you are correct Troy. As you begin to shake uncontrollably the love is everything. Bliss is everything. Gratuitude and kindness everything becomes an aspect of love as your responses here have demonstrated.
