Lucid dream

I must say I had the strangest lucid dream the other day, still on my

mind tonight. While in the lucid dream, I could of sworn it was an

actual obe. I believed my physical eyes opened just a crack to witness

my invisible astral arm pressing on the skin of my physical arm. So I

saw the skin on my arm press in. I was so excited by this that I wanted

to wake up and write to the group. I thought I discovered a new skill,

being able to move myself astrally while witnessing it physically. When

I came to, I knew I was somewhere else when this experience took place,

not in the bedroom. Plus I had long sleeves on and wouldn't be able to

view my skin. That's when I came to the conclusion it was a lucid

dream. But it is an interesting concept.
