I guess it seems a bit of both to me only because I passed that physical lust

phase when it

all started last year, but this time around it seems like my ego was the thing

that was

operating more than anything else. and it was not wanting to give up. it feels

like it got

slaughtered yesterday when I was able to admit to myself that this person

doesn't want me

that way after having ignored the fact that he consistently told me nothing was

going to

happen between us. anyway, I feel quite humbled and astonished at the power of

my ego

in all of this. the sexual desire of last year was pretty astonishing, too. I

did manage to

find someone to help me through that, thank the universe
