Hi Richard, YES I would be honoured stay with you in our triad. My

progress is now quickening thanks to Chrism's encouragement. I'm not

sure of John E.' s present circumstances. Steve Fields, it's so

good to hear from you - I share your view: " the more I am aware that

my general consciousness is a dream, the more I'll wake up

from it. " With (hopefully) Chrism's forbearance, I'd like to quote

an excerpt from a gnani Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj where he links

consciousness to meditation:

 

" Skill in meditation deeply affects our character. We are slaves to

what we do not know, of what we know, we are masters. Whatever vice

or weakness in ourselves we discover and understand its sources, we

overcome it by the very knowing; the unconscious dissolves when

brought into the conscious. In turn, the dissolution of the un-

conscious releases energy; the mind feels adequate and becomes

quiet. When the mind is quiet, we come to know ourselves as the pure

witness. We withdraw from the experience and stand apart in pure

Cool John nice to hear from you....................please use Alphus as my

As to our other partner i belive said he was taking the summer off or

had no computer.

Maybe can answer that or knows more. It just seems a bit long not to

have had contact.

Then we can re-energise so to speak or if things are different can

add a new person from the list to join us.

 

Great to hear your progress is quikeneing....................mine slowed but

then what life brought me to deal with these last weeks i'm not surprised.

I have certain things to get thro by Oct 16th and then life goes back i

hope to normal speed.

Where i have less responsibilities,and can stay in balance more.

 

So good to hear of your progress my friend.
