Chakra primer

Otherwise known as energetic vortices that extend along the human

spine. Being vortices they spin. There seven major chakras and many

minor chakras and many more micro chakras such as in and along the

meridians and acupuncture points.

 

The seven main chakras are like energetic modulators. They channel

specific frequencies of energy through the seven nerve plexus

centers into and through out the body. The chakras and the nerve

plexus centers are associated energetic and physical structures. One

feeding the other with stepped down energy continuing down the

scales of density into the bones of our bodies and back to the earth.

 

They are located at the base of the spine this being the first

chakra, the genital area, the solar plexus, the chest (heart), the

throat, an inch and a half above the bridge of the nose and at the

top of the skull, the fontanel being the seventh chakra.

 

The energies are also passed up the spine to the brain as a subtle

graduation of baser more dense energies to finer less dense energies

as it ascends the spine. This is the pathway the Kundalini will

often take.

 

As the person engages in certain practices the chakras can become

very energized. So much so that there is little doubt where they are

as you can feel them, palpably, with every breath. As these

practices continue the energetic increase in the chakra can cause a

person to respond from an emotional level of expression. This

expression will correspond to the individual chakras and they are

different, for instance, Base chakra will have, among other

qualities, the aspect of security and flight or fight responses.

Depending on the persons situation in life these qualities will

color and emit an excessive amount of energy through that particular

trait of the chakra leading up to an emotional experience. This

needs to be understood as some energy will exert much more of a flow

of energy through the chakra than other forms of energy. Here is a
