I am wondering how to start to meditate on chakra's?

I saw one exercise where you go from the base chakra then move up two

two to the kidneys, and then move down to the base of the spine. Then

continue going up two and down one until you come to the top of the head.

I am wondering if there is a better way to start and go into it a little

easier instead of working on all of the chakras at one time?

Hello Stephen,

You can go one at a time this is perfectly alright. I do

suggest to start at the base chakra first though. What kind of a meditastion are

you doing? -

From Silver Cloud (the other Stephen)

Right now I am still doing the buddhist mindfulness, gratitude, and

compassion meditations.

I want to learn the tecnique of chakra meditations before I begin

practicing them. I have read that if you don't know how to start off

you can get your chakras unbalanced and that causes some udesirable

effects both physical and mental.

All I know about it is what I have read in library books and they can

be rather vague. They don't actually tell you how you are supposed to

meditate on the spacific areas. I would immagine that it is by

transfering your conciousness into the chakra area, but I am not sure.

Thanks
