Guest guest
Its more of an attention to the area. Just be there at first and get a feel for the base of the spine. Touch the tailbone and get a tactile location. Now pinch the skin over the tip of the tailbone and as you pull your hand back allow the lasting sensation to give you a bearing. Then breath into the area by breathing through your nose in and out but with your " attention " on the base chakra. This technique is good for chakras one through five. Which is good for starters. These are the " Asian five " chakras and this will begin you in a positive way. When you become adept at the breathing then add love to your attention by forming it as an intent. Joy, harmony, bliss also work well here. - blessings - chrism
