Guest guest
Dear Chrism, Are you ok? I miss talking to you. I took a break from the list cos of what you said about people focusing on you to receive energy and not doing their own work. I also wanted to do some qigong on my own as I was really starting to feel my tensions and blocks and wanted to work them open. I'm looking at my kundalini awakening from a psychological perspective, and I realise I have insecurities, sad emotions, fear and attachments, which I have accumulated throughout my existence. Like you said, I am reaching out to myself to try to accept the things I feel and try to resensitise numbed aeas of my psyche which I may have tried to block out in childhood. I found that crying is a good way to accept how I feel, whereas taking up old conflicts with my mother to try and resolve them needs more tact! This is a humbling way to look at myself as it makes me realise actually I have emotional problems and makes me conscious of the fact I shouldn't be egotistical about kundalini awakening in me, or cling to it as an idea to help me feel superior. I am still a bit scared of my dark side, but that's ok, I accept that. I hope this helps other people who feel uncomfortable. I know I always feel uncomfortable when I try to present a one sided virtuous version of myself, and try to hide my insecurities, fears, and confusion. And thank you for replying to my message about Motoyama and his life physics course at CIHS in California, I appreciated your input. Thank you very much, Bless and be merry!
