Lie down on your back and make a fist with your dominant hand. Now

tuck your thumb into the fist. With the base of the knuckle of the

thumb, with moderate force thump the area between your breasts. Till

it begins to buzz and it will.

This is the Thymus gland. This action done consistently will begin

to re-initiate a healthy status to this organ. After doing this you

can feel the vibration of the thymus for about a minute afterwards.

The Thymus gland decreases in size after about the age of thirty.

This action upon it will stimulate its continued presence inside

your body so nurture this part of yourself it is indeed an important

gatekeeper to the Sacred Heart. -

dear chrism and all... this reminds me of a trancedance workshop i attended on

the big

island over two years ago. facilitated by a shaman. on the evening of the

fullmoon we were

silently led onto the volcano. it was drizzling and the mist created a

spectacular white

rainbow in the dark sky. we each chose spots and spread our blankets to sit. we

were

instructed to don our blindfolds and lay on our backs. his helpers loudly banged

their

framedrums as they circulated among us. at some point, we each felt the intense

pressure

of the shaman's thumb pressing upon the hollow between our breasts. whereupon a

deafening bellowing, shrieking, screaming, crying overtook all of us lying

there. gradually

the excitement passed and a new silence enveloped us all. the next morning

someone

complained of the the bruise most of us shared at the heart area. he responded

by saying

that in any case, we each needed to be reminded that we have a heart.

Actually the Thymus in huge in newborns then its shrinks...........it

stays larger longer when breast feeding.....then after breast milk starts to

go smaller .....then it stays that size and shrinks later as you say at

30yrs.

I did come across native ''Red Indian'' descriptions that before battle the

natives before they went into battle beat the chest or ''thymus''. Well it

was not just to make noise and try to scar General Custer.

It could have been to stimulate the immune so they did not get infected as

bad after injury.

Yes Aphus, Absolutely correct. This action will not only keep your thymus healthy but also increase the T-cell leukocytes in their activity protecting the body from harm and increase other thymus oriented actions of the immune system. -
