Guest guest
Lords Prayer translated from Aramaic A Translation of " Our Father " directly from the Aramaic into English (rather than from Aramaic to Greek to Latin to old English to modern English) O cosmic Birther of all radiance and vibration. Soften the ground of our being and carve out a space within us where your Presence can abide. Fill us with your creativity so that we may be empowered to bear the fruit of your mission. Let each of our actions bear fruit in accordance with our desire. Endow us with the wisdom to produce and share what each being needs to grow and flourish. Untie the tangled threads of destiny that bind us, as we release others from the entanglement of past mistakes. Do not let us be seduced by that which would divert us from our true purpose, but illuminate the opportunities of the present moment. For you are the ground and the fruitful vision, the birth, power and fulfillment, as all is gathered and made whole once again.

Guest guest
Hi, I am new here and do not know a lot about Kundalini but want to learn. I do know that the Lord's prayer translated into English from the Aramaic can be found in Prayers of the Cosmos by Neil Douglas-Klotz who has written a number of excellent books. Guest guest
Judy, Thank you so much for your reply! I will look into it as I find that the more I learn about the bible and it's other translations the more I understand where I came from and more about God! Have a wonderful and blessed day! Guest guest
Hi Judy, good to meet you, I was at a meditation ceremony in the USA a couple years ago and they played the lords prayer spoken in Aramaic, It sent shivers up my spine, and the hairs on the back of my arms and neck stand on end, it was so powerful, It sounds like beautiful music. I would love to hear it again, where could I find that? I'll google it I suppose. Love to all, Elektra x x x --- Katherine Miller <katsam19 wrote: > Judy, > > Thank you so much for your reply! Guest guest
Thanks for your warm words, Elektra. My guess is that one of the recordings available by Neil Douglas-Klotz would have Aramaic prayers on it. I know these are available on Amazon. There is quite a difference in the translation of the Lord's prayer and other sayings of Jesus when translated from the original language Jesus spoke, Aramaic. The new Douglas-Klotz book I just got has a CD with it, but I have not yet had a chance to listen to it. The new book is called Blessings of the Cosmos: Benedictions from the Aramaic Words of Jesus.
