has anyone had freezing cold symptoms with K?I get really cold and

shake so much until the episode passes and then heat up my

Yes Bella this is common - no worries. This is an indication of the lunar aspects being stimulated. Its not just cold either, at least not for me, it was FREEZING! As you say!Like liquid oxygen in my veins. It is easily balanced by breathing through the right nostril with strong to moderate force in and out until you heat up again. Try this if it is a concern and you don't heat up as fast as you want. It is best though to let the Kundalini do its thing with in you, without the attempt to control it. As it is really an intelligent force inside you. Yes you will shake, freeze and heat up, maybe have some spontaneous Kriyas, spinal widening, big balls of energy going up the spine, bliss, all part of the process. Keep your tongue up, stay well hydrated, if you have Kidney swelling eat some watermelon, and surrender to this wonderful change occurring for you. - blessings -

Yes, that happened to me too. You might experience hot flashes as

well--not to worry, they have nothing to do with your hormons!

Bella,

I have been experiencing the coldness and the hotness as well. Last

night I was suffering from being really cold, almost shivering, yet at

the same time I was perspiring. This was going on while in the

bookstore so I couldn't do the breathing. I really didn't feel that I

needed to, I just accepted it and went on about my business. I tend to

have these occurances when I am discussing God or the K and sometimes

during my meditations. I will go from one extreme to another or just

experience the one. It just depends. When it happens, I remember the

advice of the group and just let it be, just accepting it and I try to

enjoy it.

I have absolutely and often had the cold experiences. It comes after a

" cleaning out "

happens. If I go through some process of healing that purges some old energy

that no

longer serves me, I feel cold after. I don't know if this helps.

Yes. I just returned from a weekend of running K energy and sharing

with many. I usually run sweating hot and shake with yang fire.

After working on five people in a healing capacity, I got very cold.

I was still shaking cold after 15 minutes in a hot tub.

Yep i have been the same with both temperatures in the past but not as

extreme.

Tho my son 20yrs old used to find it really funny that i would sit with

outside coat on in a hot home................then go out for walks in

winter in short sleeved shirts.It confirmed for him Dad is totally weird.

Its has passed and gone now.
