Guest guest
Yes you are beginning to activate. I would advise you to stop the bhastrika for the time being and focus more on your meditation and prayers. - blessings - chrism

Guest guest
Yes but not with very much force. Very light and gentle. I would suggest that you become very open to God at this point pray and feel your heart expand with the love and joy of all things, all life, and all creation. Focus here for a time as this will become a natural place for your expression. - No worries about being healed at this point, place that outside of your mind. You are as you are for a reason. Do not have an expectation of the Kundalini to heal you. Allow this to be a gift of God. You just surrender to the blessings as they come with grace and gratitude.- blessings shiva k - chrism
