Guest guest Posted October 17, 2006 Report Share Posted October 17, 2006 Hi guys Just want to share a small thing I am having a " growth period " right now that can be painful at times, or heavy at the very least. I am also a divorced mother of two young children, now 3 and 6. As I am into providing them with the healthiest life I can manage for them regarding food, play, emotional environment, there are many times that I can fall short of my own ideals. On this rainy day, I was feeling guilty for letting my 3 year old watch a little too much educational TV rather than doing the good interactive play with her that would be the better choice. Then I was hit with the realization that my EGO was making me go through these negative emotions and feel bad about myself for something so small.
