Dear John, What you said really rings true, and makes a lot of sense.

I remember vividly at the time of my awakening, after being put in

hospital, that the drugs were doing the opposite of what I wanted,

they were making me higher and higher when I was yearning to come

back to earth. It was a desperate situation. I so badly wanted not to

take the drugs, but they forced me to.

How to get back in touch with the Earth element? Am I right in

thinking that would be the bones in our bodies? In my qigong I try to

contact earth force and heaven force, which is up and down force, and

make the balance of the body travel along the bones as much as

possible.

Dear James one of the greatest advantages about being with an ashram is

that everyone shares the load.

 

You are not alone.

 

There is a lot of energy within this group the presents of the kundalini

here will help.

 

There are other things you can do such as fasting and homeopathic

remedies but there all related.

 

they are all based on the processes of thought, and the power of any

thought. As well as the willingness of participants of what ever the

cautiousness is drawn from. It is just a shame that the drug

establishments main interest is in commercial applications..Or else the

captured thought form may be different.
