Guest guest
Many people will activate and will experience phenomenal results so much so that it scares them severely. The activation is young and not set and a spinal sweep is not involved and this activation will disappear as the Shakti consciousness once again returns to beneath the lower chakra. As time goes by they will remember the feelings and insights and the fear and realize that it was just a fear of the unknown that scared them and they will wish to try once again using the same techniques as they had previously. In many cases this will prove to be much more difficult than the first taste. Sometimes years of difficulty. What I have noticed is that they can become lethargic in their practice and put it off or not do it at all and yet still have the desire for the Kundalini. They may take only certain aspects of a practice and do that but exclude the other perhaps more difficult areas. This becomes an inner struggle to still be self-directed into the activation and yet not wanting to put so much into it because " Hey, it didn't take that much the first time maybe something is wrong. " If this is happening for you realize that it takes more focus and discipline the second time around. You can still come into the Kundalini but now your resolve is being tested. -
