my introduction to the group, what's been going on with me, my hardships....

Hello all,

Firstly I would like to express my gratitude for being welcome into

this forum. Secondly, I would like to introduce myself with a story of

what's been going on for me, my hardships, my many many months of

confusion, years of doctors and failed treatments, etc..

All my life I was a profoundly spiritual person,, born and raised in a

family who practiced " latiha " , a spiritual exercise originated in

Indonesia through which one simply surrenders comopletely to the great

life force, god, whatever one calls it, this surrendering is reallly

to the divinity within oneself, as being one with God, life force....

one's body moves as it wishes to, sounds or singing may happen, or

just total rest..But my life was always on the normal side, and it

was really almost 3 years ago, after a fall in the ice and a head and

neck injury that my life took an unexpected turn....for the worse,

with its blessings that for a long time were invisible to me. I healed

cognitively almost completely from that injury, however, every attempt

at craniosacral therapy, physical therapy, stretching, chiropractic,

osteopathic, anything......would cause me severe reactions that none

of the 57 professionals I have seen including neurologists,

bodyworkers, chinese medicine, had ever seen. Reactions would include

total body shaking, freezing cold chills, severe spasms all over body

but worse in head, face, neck, uupper back and chest,

lightheaddedness, out of body experiences too wild for me to recount

here......my health deteriorated gradually and I became after a year

and a half comopletely debilitated. My family members tell me my

injury was nothing compared to what I have been dealing with, and as

all medical tests came back negative.All the head injury specialists

of Kessler rehab insititure claim to have never seen anything like

this, there are no tests that confirm any physical injury except for

the obvious muscle tightness, no damage to any nerves, why any light

touch to my head or neck produces what they call the most severe

" fight or flight " response from my autonomic nervous system? They

finally gave up on me and thought that something strange is going on

and they can't help me. Several months ago I was at a table during a

craniosacral therapy treatment, the bodyworker was lightly touching my

head, when, suddenly, THE MOST INTENSE AND UNBEARABLE ELECTRICAL

CURRENTS STARTED TO RUN AND TREMBLE FROM MY FEEL UP TO MY HEAD IN SUCH

AN UNBEARABLE INTENSITY THAT I CRIED NONSTOP, BUT AS UNBEARABLE AS

THIS WAS, THERE WAS AN IMMENSE FFEELING OF DELIGHT THAT I CANNOT

EXPRESS, IT WAS PHYSICLALY UNBEARABLE BUT ALSO EXTREMELY PLEASURABLE.

From that moment on , for all these months, I have had daily out of

body experiences, to other worlds, in nature, my heart was beating so

fast I could feel it shooting through my ears and I was hospitalized

in the cardiac wing for 5 days a number of times, with doctors not

finding anything wrong with me except for extremely fast heartbeats,

total body shakes, I was freezing cold yet my face was red, diarrea, I

could ffeel every physiological sensation in my body 2000 times more

intense than ever. Also, what I did not tell the doctors, I could not

stop having visions of animal spitits, beings of light, it was non

stop. I was finally discharged and ever since I came home, I am still

dealing with fast heart beats, loose stools, lightheadedness, neck and

head spasms that I cannot describe the severity, fatigue, dizziness,

sounds of waterfals or thundering in my ears, and this horrible

feeling of vibrations trembling in my body. IT literally feels as

though the bed is shaking, but it's inside my body. My husbnad does

not know what do withe me, neither does my family, there are no

doctors I can go to, treatmetns only make my symptons worse, I get

desperate at times. I need help. They even tested me for cancer, virus

infections, nothing was found, they told me to go to a psychiatrist,

but I knew it was spiritual and I decided to just hang out at home and

hope this hardhip would dissipate over time.Riding in the car is

unbearable because I can feel the vibrations much more intensely in my

muscles, everything is intensely unbearable, dizziness,

lightheadedness. I was told by a homeopath and a shaman to ground

myself, but I havent' figured out how to do it yet. Imagery of snakes

begin to appear. An acupunturist tried to help me with needles but to

his surprise even that made me worse. I don't know what to do. I never

practiced yoga and know nothing about it. I don't know how this

happenned to me. Anybody can help with a word of advice? How to make

these symptoms slow down? IT's hard to even eat, because as my

digestive system digests the food my heart beats faster and besides,

it's as if anything feels inpure.......

There is a feeling deep inside that this is an intense process of

purification. but this is all I know.. I don't know anything about

kundalini, or how to work with it, or what to do ease this......

Any advice will be deeply apreciated.

For grounding, start eating meat. If you can't digest meat yet,

start with soup made from beef or buffalo bullion.

 

Surround yourself with pets, they absorb energy. Hug trees, they

love it too.

 

Bury yourself in the sand or make mudpies. Start gardening and

tilling the earth.

 

You are in the refiners fire and grounding is essential.

 

Accupunture weekly.

 

Give your body the natural five senses it needs.

Thanks Troy,

I started eating meat yesterday, I guess I'll re-start with broth

soups...I tried acupunture but it made me feel worse, although perhaps

I may need someone else...

thank you for the tips, I'll try them.

shaaayah (i love this name too, it sort of came to me when I was

thinking of a sound/vibration I love, and my mouth

said.......shaaaayah, and I fell in love. My real name is Henriettta,

which I like but shaaayah is my new adopted name.

I have a pet (dog) and she started getting sick. I feel bad for her. I wonder if she's getting some of my issues...

I will try to work on little plant gardening indoors, as here is winter, will play around with some cactus.

Hello Shaaayah, As you must know by now its Kundalini. - chrism

If you can Shaaayah, weather permitting go barefoot. Montana may be to cold for this and also if you can jsut sit outside with the skin of the base of your spine making contact with the bare earth. Bare you to bare earth. Instead of grounding it out I would suggest though that you go with it now. Surrender completely. Yes its a wild ride. It will smooth for you though. Practice the safeties and realize that this is a gift of tremendous wonders. It IS a gift, many spend lifetimes trying to achieve what has come naturally for you so it is a blessing, it only gets difficult when you resist or go into fear. I

have been resisting medications, am too sensitive for them.

Unfortunaltey I do have to take muscle relaxants at times for

unbearable muscle spasm, but that's all.

I live in NJ and it's cold here. If it were not I would definetely try the sitting on the bare earth.

If you can Shaaayah,

weather permitting go barefoot. Montana may be to cold for this and

also if you can jsut sit outside with the skin of the base of your

spine making contact with the bare earth. Bare you to bare earth.

Instead of grounding it out I would suggest though that you go with it

now. Surrender completely. Yes its a wild ride. It will smooth for you

though. Practice the safeties and realize that this is a gift of

tremendous wonders. It IS a gift, many spend lifetimes trying to

achieve what has come naturally for you so it is a blessing, it only

gets difficult when you resist or go into fear. Are you taking
