Partial Plate

Hello Chrism

I have started to practice the safeties, and I am wondering

about my partial plate to replace some of my side teeth. I have

been taking it out while I am practicing at home.

I also like to meditate in the park where it isn't practical to

take out my partial plate.

Will that interfere with the contact of my tounge and the roof

of my mouth?

Many blessings and peace to all

Are you able to touch the tip of your tongue to

the fleshy mound behind your upper front teeth? - c

I can touch the gums just under my front teeth. The partial

plate is metal and it covers the whole roof of my mouth.

Love, and peace

Then place the tip of the tongue in contact with those gums, behind the front upper teeth, when wearing the plate. It is a major switch for the front and back and step - down release systems of the cranium. It will also prevent the tongue from getting burned. This placement will have an effect on your perceptible reality inside an awakening.- blessings
