Guest guest
Chrism, If I need to make another declaration to receive the Shaktipat, then here it is: I request the Shaktipat. My goal to awaken my Kundalini is for many reasons - to experience and learn of God and the reasons WHY; to utilize the gifts I receive for the good of my family and for those that I come in contact with, or those who I learn are in need. I again, pledge to keep the practice and safeties. I have been preparing for the Shaktipat since Sunday. I have quit consuming stimulants (coffee) and alcohol. I'm not on any prescriptions and don't partake of recreational drugs. Do I have to give up chocolate too (caffeine)? Please say no. :-) Love, Ray

Guest guest
Chrism, I have a question about the fast. I don't have a juicer, and the only root juice I can find in the health food store is carrot. Would boiling the vegetables and drinking the broth be any good? Thank you. Love, dhyana

Guest guest
Sure this would alright. Although it is preferable for the juice to not be heated ie "raw food" Do what you can and remember do this fast only if you can "safely" do this. -
Guest guest
No, it would be best for you to be sleeping at that time. If you are awake your conscious mind will try to manage what is being given. Trying to make it fit into a cultural or otherwise preconcieved pattern. So please be sleeping. Good questions sonirohi! -
Guest guest
Please begin to go inward deeply, clear out old emotions and desires. Realize the perfection of who and what you are. See and feel the fulfillment of your divinity as you feel the pulsation of life with in. - balance - chrism
