Guest guest
Of course dear Katherine. Let us be clear about smoking - glad you brought it up. No it isn't good for you. The Kundalini though, will come to smokers as well. She doesn't care. Why I ask you to quit or decrease is because of the breathing and pranayama issues. As the smoking robs a person of lung capacity controlled breathing becomes more and more difficult. Not to mention the coughing fits and the cancer risks and the purposeful destruction of the body - our temple - These can aggravate a system for reaching the Kundalini. So Yes Katherine I will do a little something for you in that regard. Good with the veggies I like how you are analyzing your personal feel for your options and that you are in "active practice" of the safeties. Everything feels good about your approach - blessings - Katherine - chrism
Guest guest
Thank you dear for your kindness and thank you for doing a little something in regard to helping me in my goal of quitting smoking! I have quit many, many times, for 3, 4, 5 weeks at a time, even quit while I was pregnant and nursing with both of my boys. For some unknown and silly reason I haven't stayed quit, but I am hoping this time will be permanent. As for the veggies, I love them, my favorite thing of the meal. Once again thank you. Have a wonderful and Blessed day! Love, Hugs, and Smiles, Katherinechrism <> wrote: Of course dear Katherine. Let us be clear about smoking - glad you brought it up. No it isn't good for you. Guest guest
Katherine, Perhaps you can try another method to quit smoking. Click on this link to learn EFT. It works with other emotional issues as well as addictions. I haven't watched this clip yet, so hopefully it is beneficial. http://www.mercola.com/2006/oct/24/watch-this-video-to-learn-how-to-do-eft.htm Katherine Miller wrote: Thank you dear for your kindness and thank you for doing a little something in regard to helping me in my goal of quitting smoking!
