Guest guest
Swamij at www.swamij.com has a wonderful, very comprehensive website on yoga: all you need to know on pranayama, meditation, yamas and niyamas, plus some. For the more advanced practitioners who already have a solid experience with pranayama and meditation, I recommend Yogani's website at http://www.aypsite.org. Also, there is a lot of great yogic literature available online and at amazon.com. Some of the best reads for serious yogis and yoginis are: Patanjali's Yoga Sutras Hatha Yoga Pradipika Gheranda Samhita Shiva Samhita These are ancient texts that might be a little obscure at first, but if you have been working your K you'll find them pretty amazing. Last but not least: an interesting overview of yogic schools and the history of the discipline is to be found in Mircea Eliade's classic work " Yoga: Immortality and Freedom " .
