Sherri, it sure sounds like you touched and became one with the heart

of the Goddess. Very tender and beautiful. Thank you for sharing.

Love, dhyana

Hi there we have 4 Kwan Yin Statues in our home .

There are many different ones and quite a few Mantra's which go with these.

What does she look like and maybe give me some time and i can tell you the

Mantra and which statue you have and some history if you like.

She is a Bodhisatva and has attended to Earth for 5000 yrs.

Of course you may know more than me amd if so

blessings....................tho i believe there are around 14 depictions of

her as different Statues.

I may have 14 Mantra's and The Kwan Yin Crystal Roseary too

........................

Hi.

How interesting and thank you for the offer. I would love to know of the mantras as well as I have been led to chanting Sanskrit seed sounds and certainly a mantra for Quan Yin would be most welcome.

I, too, have several statues of her. The one I spoke of is cement and she is sitting on a rectangular pedistal with one knee up. The statue is about 4 feet high and 2 1/2 feet across including the pedestal.

I got her used in Texas of all places and moved her 1800 miles back to California. One hand supports her as she leans on it a but as it rests on the pedistal and the other one rests on her upraised knee. She has a very pensive, peaceful expression and flowing clothes.

Another I have in the house is from China, made of wood gilded with gold, about 18 inches by 6 inches and she sits in full lotus and a round pedestal (which has downward pointing lotus flower petals)with one hand upraised in her lap(with a elongated vessel on the flat of the hand) and the other outstretched, wrist bent so it looks as if she is sending energy to whatever is in front of her, with the thumb and middle finger touching and the other fingers extended upward. She also wears flowing clothes with a cloth draped over her head and shoulders.

Thanks in advance for any info you might have,

Sherri

Sorry to take so long i am just leaving for teaching tour for 3 weeks its

been hectic.

Well it sounds to me like the first statue is depicting (with the leg raised

up bent at the knee means control over sexual energies, right leg raised)

Now the second one sure sounds like or similar to ''The Jewelled Bowl

Hand'',

This is for relief of illness.

NA-MO PAO PO SHOU KUAN

YIN

PRONONCE AS.....NAHO-MO BOW BWAW SHOH GWAHN EEN

Means Hail! (Homage to the sacred name of K/Yin of the Jewelled Bowl

Hand).

''For all internal illness, use the Jeweled Bowl Hand''.

To relieve all living beings of the pain of illness with the Great

Compassion Water

(charged with this Mantra)

Oh and by the way .........the word''.HAIL ''means highest ascention in the

Light.

Blessings to you there are more of these and i'm nowhere

near being able to scan the documents.

If you felt OK and send me your address i can mail maybe as i travel ,then

you will get these before Xmas!!!!!

Of course confidentiality and no -strigns attached is understood. I will

take copies with me,and put into mail from whever i am at that time.

Blessings Richard.

Dont need to know your full name even.................... just use whatever

abreviation you wish, btu i think you would find these Mantra's interesting

..................hmmmmmm now that answers why i taking the time for this

..she is pushing me you are ''one of hers''.

Wow .......................................cool

Hi,

I wanted tio say thanks so much. I really appreciate your time and effort. I have foster children living here, usually girls, usually teens and they have all been very badly treated and are the most acting out so the help you through Quan Yin offer is most appreciated! I also work with the developmentally disabled and have only 2 clients (male) and find that below all their acting out behaviors is a yearning for home and family. Both of these men have lost their parents, were raised with family holidays, cooking and connection and it is very sweet for me to be able to bring them to my home on a regular basis and include them in our family. One comes to holidays as I always do a big dinner/celebration that also includes friends and my elderly parents and I am watching the other client as he is very big, strong, has larege issues with women (usually only have men work with him but I have felt a strong connection between us from

the beginning so asked to be able to work with him) and has been violent quite often in the past. So, he might be invited but only later when I know him better.

All this is to say your efforts will go not only to me but will spread to many others as I work more with the mantras and the Quan Yin energy.

Blessings and appreciations to you,

Sherri

Hi,

Thanks so much for the Quan Yin mantras. I received them just as I was leaving to go to a Tantra puja and opened them the morning after the puja which was a wonderful, learning and spiritual experience. It was a lovely time to open your gift of them. Very interesting and I will look up the hand mudras. This information feels very right nd important to me. I appreciate your sending them to me.

With appreciation,

Sherri
