Guest guest
Hi Ray, yes it's a remarkable book full of scientific method, written years ahead of its time. I attended a couple of residential courses run by Satyananda in the 80's where that book was the syllabus. I found the tracking of the chakras very helpful but, in me, the bandhas and breath retention practices generally, stoked up strong tensions as they hit blockages. I got extremely irritable and dropped out early from both courses. Unresolved emotiional issues, I guess, at the time. No such problems with our dear Chrism's methods. All the best - John. Guest guest
Thank you John, I'm mainly reading for information and education on kundalini. My practice is centered around Chrism's protocols. Love, Ray , " " <...> wrote: > > Hi Ray, yes it's a remarkable book full of scientific method, written > years ahead of its time.
