Guest guest Posted November 16, 2006 Report Share Posted November 16, 2006 dear anne.. reading of your hard challenge, i will pray for your healing. but in the way of a suggestion (take it or leave it), let yourself really see your own anger and explore it. then release and forgive. it's my feeling that we are embodied in duality and that moments of unity are rare and a form of grace. so please keep breathing for as long as you can. in (ham) out (sah)...
