Guest guest
As of late, I am feeling my kidneys are swelled, there is a mild pain that wraps around into my abdomen. It is not intense, but I was concerned that since there are no more watermelons here for sale, what I can do to help the inflammation. I drink water as well as teas to help this. Thanks. blessings lisa
Guest guest
Hello Lisa, Well if it isn't paaaainful. Just allow this to occur. If it gets painful = more water. Or scary know that this is an adrenaline response and calm yourself. I do not know how it is where you live but watermelon from Chile is common out here in the Wild West. Drink the waters but be advised the teas may strain the Kidneys as per filtration load. Living water is best hot or cold. No coffee's or anything with caffeine. No artificial sugars. This is a passing phase, and more will occur - congratulations and blessings Lisa -keep me updated - chrismLeshya <pleiades69 wrote: As of late, I am feeling my kidneys are swelled, there is a mild pain that wraps around into my abdomen. Guest guest
I am guilty of coffee and tea's, as I am drinking a very lovely blend of cinnamon and honey tea. **sigh** I will drink the water faithfully! ---- chrism <> wrote: > Hello Lisa, > Well if it isn't paaaainful.
