Guest guest
Hi John, It appears your mother and Siva Swarodaya are correct as I'm sleeping on my left since I've been ill and I have asthma, respiritory problems and heart problems As well as the physical aspect, I'm still finding emotionally I feel safe and secure that way. The only time it changed was the other night when everyone was sending healing and the heat came back into my body and I compulsively slept on my right. Also, for many years I slept with my fingers curled into a fist, loosley. For about the last 12 months I slept with my hands opened....fingers spread widely most of the time. This has happened since I've been clearing from the past and 'letting go' of people and things in my life that I was attached to. Since receiving the Light for healing through my hands they are hot and I'm trying to spread them more but just can't physically.....so I flick, stretch and do hand exercises as much as I can. It's the energy in them that feels stagnent so I presume as soon as I start massaging and healing with them it will settle down. I'll check the book about the Tibetan sleeping position and will post about it as soon as I can. It's a book about understanding the energy according to different cultures i.e. India, China etc so isn't very in depth for one particular energy pattern. Guest guest
Anne, Hey it's real good to see you getting better I have been concerned about you for a couple of weeks I was glad when I seen you ask for help although I was still worried. Let me now how that mudra works and what it is you are using Please. I would like to try it. I have cut down heaps but am good to give it up. If the Tibetan book has a good reason I would be interested but if it is just a blank order I would conceder it as dogma in that case. Mum is always right even if she tries to be wrong. She is 85 and a stroke survivor but can still give hell at times with her far out sense of humor. Thanks a lot and keep getting well. John M. PS: I don't know If you need a temporary hand on your groups or not but if you do and you wish to welcome me back I will be more than happy. , amaargi <ama_ar_gi wrote: > > Hi John, > > It appears your mother and Siva Swarodaya are correct > as I'm sleeping on my left since I've been ill and I > have asthma, respiritory problems and heart problems > As well as the physical aspect, I'm still finding > emotionally I feel safe and secure that way. > > The only time it changed was the other night when > everyone was sending healing and the heat came back > into my body and I compulsively slept on my right. > > Also, for many years I slept with my fingers curled > into a fist, loosley.
