Guest guest
Hi John,everyone.. Thanks for your help and the healing you sent as well. I'm copying the mudra and an asana from kundalini yoga into a little booklet to help people with addictions. Addictions can be addictive relationships, co-dependency etc as well as alcohol, cigarettes etc etc. This is a large problem in society and it has affected my own family personally in a sad way as well. I always had the intention of putting all the information together in a booklet and giving it away to anyone who is interested. Before I did that tho I thought I better try the method and see if it works...self experimentation. Yogi Bahjan compilied a program in the 1960's when he went to America because he saw a lot of the youth had drug problems. He recomended hydrotherapy as well as yoga.....I haven't been able to find out how he used the hydrotherapy in the programme though - except for cold showers in the morning when we wake up. If anyone has any helpful info on the subject I'd be interested in reading it. I'll post info on the mudra and the Tibetin sleeping position in the next couple of days. I'm feeling better each day and in the process of moving house in two weeks (yay!) so I'm trying to relax and heal yet pack and move...all at the same time *sigh* Once I've moved in I'll be better organised and will have more time on the net. Up until then the lists are ok as there isn't much traffic....and you're welcome back at any time love Anne --- johndplumber <jaganath wrote: > Anne, > Hey it's real good to see you getting better > I have been concerned about you for a couple of > weeks I was glad > when I seen you ask for help although I was still > worried.
