When you are in the active practice of the safeties you are

conditioning not only the physical body but also the mental and the

emotional, as well as the chakra systems and its associated systems

such as the nadis(very small arteries of energetic conduits)even down

to the cellular levels.

 

This conditioning will help you tremendously in that the states of the

awakened Kundalini can be very confusing and scary at first. Blendings

of reality and the introduction of new and mind boggling sensations

can disturb our sense of self and placement in society. So practice

these safeties daily make it a commitment.

 

Know that even as you read this list you are beginning to recieve the

Shaktipat of this combined group. So please help yourself to a safe

and sane experience and practice the safeties. -
