OBE this morning/Dream log - Tracing

There are a couple of different ways that I have used. One way was to

attach an emotional quality to how the dream made YOU feel. Then go

into an intentional OOB with the intention to know, who and where and

when, and then follow the experience. Keep the imagery in your

consciousness. Read the journal before you go and FEEL what it is you

want to know. Who knows the lives saved could be those close to you. -

I will keep this in mind next time I dream it, the difficult part would

be to go obe

just after the dream. It will take much practice and skill to accomplish

I think.

I won't give up though.

The idea is to do it on a separate occasion. You know when you can

just lie down or whenever you can do the intentional OBE. Daytime is

good for this. But I know you are a busy MOM so when you can get to

it. Make the information the reason you do the trace. - blessings -
