Sorry for so many post Chrism, but I am reading through back post and

it makes me have plenty of comments and questions.

Here is my biggest concern right now... I am TERRIFIED of snakes.

Can't see pictures of them or watch them on TV.

I have been reading where people see visions of cobras and snakes. I

was in the toy section of Target today and caught a glimpse of a puzzle

of a snake. I made my self look at it for just a few seconds and was

ok.

Will this fear prevent me from my Kundulini awakening? Have you worked

with others like me?

xoxo

No it wont prevent you from the experience. If it is a big enough issue for you

it will manifest in a different format. Not everyone has the snake visions. It

is common to be sure, but not all have this.

The Aureus I feel in my forehead doesn't appear to me as a serpent. It is a

constant presence though and I have had the serpent visions (heh! you would have

hated mine!) but you are OK if you have these snake issues.

I do support your overcoming this issue though in case they do appear for

you. Sometimes the fear you have can be amplified and this would distract you

from other more positive and less fearful aspects of the Kundalini.

So yes keep looking at the snakes or bugs or whatever natural creature you

have developed fear towards. Understand they are all creations and fellow

mortals as John Muir called them, and know the agenda isn't against you but with

you.

This list generates posts and it is what we come together here for, learning

about the Kundalini, so no apologies needed. - blessings Lisa - chrism

Hi Lisa,

I don't think you should take the snake imagery too literally. Snakes

are a popular symbol for the K, but they are not the K, just like the

K is not a snake. The imagery of the snake comes from a similarity in

the way the K moves as well as the need to convey an outerworldly

experience in intelligible terms, but that's about it.

A lot of people (included myself) experience the K as a flow of energy

and light rather than a reptilian.

Greetings Lisa, Everyone,

I had a quick moment to share my 2 cents on the fear of snakes - I've

known a few people who have perceived the Kundalini differently because

of their dislike for snake family such as yourself.

One person saw/felt an intense rod of light, another saw/felt an

intense rainbow - so no serpents in their awakening/connection.

Does that help?

Starstuffs,

I feel much better about this. I saw 2 rainbows last month in Mexico

and loved it. I'll stick with that thought.

Thanks

Lisa
