Guest guest Posted December 6, 2006 Report Share Posted December 6, 2006 Hello once again, It was suggested to me that I take up yoga, dance or something else that now escapes me. Years ago I took a short lived yoga class and loved it. It is actually responsible for me learning how to meditate. I live in a very rural community and there isn't much to offer that isn't 40 miles away. I did however find one class at a local gym. I'm considering switching the gym that I currently attend so that I can start up yoga again. Are there different types of yoga? Should I be looking for something particular?
