Guest guest
Great info, Chris--thanks for sharing it. At this stage, I find that one of the main obstacles to a fully quiet mind is receptivity to other folks' energies. The energetic dissonance inside crowded places is the most draining thing ever. Everybody's angst, tensions, anxieties, but also obsessions and desires seem to stick to my energy field. During one -on-one interactions I often manage to identify the alien emotion and somewhat detach it from my own energy body, but most of the time I just feel absolutely depleted. I am sure that shields, bubbles, etc. can do wonders--problem is, I never remember to wear protection before I go out. And if I do, it doesn't last long anyway. Avoidance of crowded places is not always possible, either ('tis the time, right?). Up to recently, I used to enjoy the excitement of crowded places. Now, however, I am getting to see why spiritual people cherish solitude. Sel
