In different circumstances, and see how you react and make adjustments towards a balance in your emotional responses to emotional stimulus. This is very important. The emotional body will be one of the first areas of response with the Kundalini. You will feel more. That can mean a tremendous amplification of anger or depression or joy and peace. So work on your forgivness and your grudges (if any) and release the past traumas. Do this over and over.
