Guest guest
Hi chris, thanks for giving such valuable advice. I have also suffered from intense headaches when I practiced breathing techniques at the top of the head. I usually concentrate in between the eyebrows where the pain is much less. Can you just say what is bursting through of k that you had mentioned in the mail and how to handle it:) I can feel a flow of energy up and down the spine while practicing these breathing techniques.
