Guest guest
Hi, Chrism. The safeties. Well, no. Not yet as a practice as I substituted (sorry) the golden buddha light in my meditation to express my gratitude, strengthen, heal and forgive. This is a powerful exercise for me and often is tear producing. It is probably not, however, a substitute for the safeties. I have been "off" lately; I ebb and flow like most people, but what more can we do but keep up the practice? And to 'make it a habit' has been my failing. You will find me ready for the scatterfield as I think it is very exciting and I want to make the most of it!! "Safeties in the morning, "golden buddha light" in the evening, and plenty 5 Tibetans. Would this be ok? (This may not be the 'response' you were looking for, but I've been working on it - many thoughts to sort through; I'll get back to you with them, if you'd like). -richard O , chrism <> wrote:> > If you are indeed practicing the safeties, daily, these qualities will come naturally. Have you been able to formulate a practice using the safeties as a foundation? The Five Tibetans? Prayer? I have read that you do meditation in group this is good! - looking forward to your response - blessings Richard - chrism>
Guest guest
Hello Richard, The " Golden Buddha " sounds good and definatly something to continue. For the Shaktipt to be effective for you, a consistant practice of the safeties is required as the Shaktipat is tied into the practice of the safeties. No competition of " practices " here the safeties are what will condition you to recieve the Shaktipat that is sent via the scatterfield from me. Not practicing them will only mean a diminished result. The " Golden Buddha " sounds great so if this is the preferred practice for you at this time I suggest you go with that, unless you can do the routine as you have stated it here. There is no rush. - , " richard O " <eyeoneblack wrote: > > > Hi, Chrism. > > The safeties. Well, no.
