Guest guest
Hello Abhijit, I would suggest that you stop any and all breathing into the chakras as you may have damaged them already. The pain is telling you to stop. Kundalini " Bursting through " is the explosive aspect of the release, the full flow all at once which isnt always pleasant. The body centers need to be conditioned. The " emotional " body needs to be strengthend with continuous forgiveness. Meditation is a good option for you Abhijit and the safeties as described on this list. - blessings - chrism
