Guest guest
I'm new, many thanks for leading me here Chrism! The most recent leg of my journey started at the beginning of this year when I decided to give the Monroe Institute's Gateway Experience a second chance after a decade or two of unreadiness. Although I know very little about kundalini (or is it Kundalini? I feel a great need to capitalize it), my attention has been increasingly drawn to it over the last few months, chiefy because of a rumbly thunderball that appears near the base of my spine from time to time. This occasionally turns into a temperaturelessy firey column of thick, sparkling energy reaching various distances up my spine (most recently to my lower ribs), each time manifesting in different shades of yellow, orange and red. It's a very powerful feeling - unlike, say, strong pins and needles, which feel like they're constrained and contained by your foot, this sensation somehow takes priority, anything physical in its path feels effortlessly overruled into irrelevance in comparison. It's... " rather interesting " ! But, it has been nagging at me that I perhaps need some guidance before too long. Given that my knowledge doesn't extend much beyond a reading of the safeties (which have luckily mostly fallen into place by themselves), what else would be useful to know at this point? Thanks everyone! Tom
