Guest guest
Elektra, I've had soreness in my back during shaktipat after kriyas arched my spine, stretched vertebrae and put pressure on the sacroiliac region. Guess the energy seeks a vertical straight line; curvatures, compressions and knots lead to insufficient flow to keep momentum going. In my case, I'm thinking would say it's a form of mini-dismemberment to fix old injuries and blockages that perhaps are too deep-seated for conscious forms of forgiveness to reach. I've learnt that the soreness is a warning not to put high weight- carrying tasks on myself when this occurs as the spine is in a very tentative state. I'm looking forward to being a bit taller when all this finishes (?) Love always - John R.
Guest guest
I have often wondered what the implications of my curved spine would be on my activation, my spine is shaped like a snake, or an " s " shape with 33degree angles, and a few verterbrea are twisted round slightly, one shoulder is off and my whole body is slightly wonky. Shakti's got her work cut out.... I try to straighten myself as much as possible, hold myself up and not slouch around. When I do the tibetans I try to retrain my shoulder in to place. Oh well, we can only do our best. Hope you are well John, nice to hear from you, happy christmas x x x Blessings Elektra. --- <...> wrote: > > Elektra, I've had soreness in my back during > shaktipat after kriyas > arched my spine, stretched vertebrae and put > pressure on the > sacroiliac region.
