Hello Everyone,

 

Many many thanks for the encouragement and suggestions. I feel clearer already.

Today has

been the biggest energy day I've had in a while. In fact, about an hour ago I

had the most

paralyzing pain in my head that created a ripple of energy that is swimming all

around and

inside of me. My boyfriend says there is so much electricity in the air around

me. Do you

guys think the 'brain-pains' are new pathways opening up?

 

I've been able to calm myself a lot since I read all of the postings, but it

seems like (at least

subconsciously) I'm still fighting a little bit.

 

Any tips at all on how to sleep when the energy is so intense like this? I'm

'humming' and it

keeps me awake sometimes.

 

The next time I post I'll tell my story, if you all would like to hear it.
