Hello Kerry,

Keep the tongue up behind your upper front teeth. Yes the

headaches are new infusion routes being opened up and yes the humming may keep

you awake for a time but this will subside. Stay well hydrated and do not worry

about your kidneys feeling hot or expanding, once again it is all part of the

early infusion. No worries about unusual sounds or sights this is normal.

Intense heat and or intense cold in various areas of the body, or all over the

body is also normal.

 

The electricity and the humming are also normal and are an indication of the

process of redefinition of your nervous and subtle body systems no worries

there. You are not alone with this and others here are and have been where you

are at this point. This includes activation due to psilocybin.

 

Do your best to completely surrender to this process. Pray for goodness and

love as these are frequencies that respond well to early Kundalini activation.

Express these qualities intentionally in your daily life - now - as this will go

far in helping you to adjust to the higher frequencies. Begin the process of

intentional forgiveness of all hurts and harms received and given by you in your

life - this will clear energetic blockages that can get stuck in old wounds.

 

Observe your emotions and if you feel them flaring into fear or panic realize

that this, again, is the process coming into the emotional body and is nothing

to worry about cry, laugh, dance, allow the emotions to be expressed in a joyous

freedom.

 

Begin to do some Yoga. Go easy and slow and do both sides of the body. I

recommend Hatha yoga and do not mention Kundalini to the instructor - they do

not generally have any idea about this and yoga is treated as a fitness routine.

So if you gently twist one way do the same thing the other way for the same

amount of time.

 

If you have habits that when you do them pain is felt stop doing them as this

isn't a conducive habit to engage in while the Kundalini is in the primary

stages. This goes for the diet as well. Back off or stop coffee and processed

white sugars and diet drinks. If you feel the need for meat, eat it and do not

try to invoke old patterns as all your patterns are now being infused with the

Kundalini and the Kundalini agenda must take priority. Same goes for vegetables

and fruits if you feel the " urge " this is now the Kundalini communicating to you

what its needs are so pay attention.

 

Keep going and do not fear as uncoomon as this is in the general public it is

a path that is sought and experienced and we here will help you as much as you
