Guest guest
Good day everyone, I realized that I hadn't divulged my experiences, and as suffciently as possible, I'd like to do that now. So, what happened was this: I was in Montreal, Canada, visiting friends. I was undergoing intense life-shifts (relationship, moving to a new city, new perspectives on life, etc.) One night, my friends and I did some mushrooms. I hadn't done them in a long time, and I didn't do that much. The trip was intense, though. And due to some social tensions about at the time there wasn't the same flow and release. The next night I was chilling out, laying on my back on my friend's bed. All of a sudden I felt a ripple in my stomach that in the first moment felt like air moving around. I very soon realized it was something much much different, for it was warm, white and extremely blissful. It filled my stomach and began, very quickly, moving up my body. When it reached my chest adrenaline was released and when it reached my head I heard this intense roaring within. I was afraid, I had never experienced anything of the sort, and it was the most intense experience I've ever had. I waited to see if it would subside but instead I had another wild surge of this energy. Since then the surges have not been as strong but I speculate that is because since the energy has already been released and is constantly coarsing through my body it does not NEED to be as intense. The first experience was November 9th, so I have not been undergoing the process for very long. Hearing all of your kind words has helped to quell the fear A LOT (many, many thanks for this!) But I am still wondering whether or not I should get some medical tests done to rule out all other possibilities. The only thing that still scares me is the pain. Like the one I had in my head last night - it was so acute and powerful it was paralyzing. I understand that pain is a part of transormation - but it is nonetheless uncomfortable and can be disconcerting. I am 23, about to enter university for fine arts on the 3rd of January, and am kind of laughing inside because I am taking on 20 times more in my life than I ever have, and at least 90% of it is this Awakening. Needless to say I was not prepared for it, at least consciously, but if it is indeed Kundalini than I feel blessed. Thank you all for reading this, and if you have any questions or comments please feel free to contact me. Much love, Kerry
Guest guest
I would not go to the Dr until you have ehausted any natural means, and used any guidance given here to balance things out. Wait for to give you the ''Safeties''and maybe other advise. Dr's will likely put you on Meds and if you explain to them as you did here on the site how this happened they may want to give you heavy duty meds or worse. Having said this do as you feel is best, for your health.
