I can still eventually fall asleep but lately for some reason about 10 minutes before I go to bed the energy begins stirring and as soon as I close my eyes I have all kinds of thoughts that lead to rush upon rush. It is only when I enter the 'abstract' phase of thought, the one that leads to sleep, that they stop. I also know what you mean about feeling other's emotions. My boyfriend and I had an argument a while back and it created so much pressure in my head that I had to leave the room. But I've been having issues with forgiveness in some respects - especially now that I'm in a tiny apartment and my boyfriend is staying in it with me because he hates his own apartment. I want to give him a positive space but I am feeling a bit suffocated. We've been together for almost 4 years and have had a lot of tumultuous experiences. Our love is strong and he has gone through some of the aspects of a K awakening so he understands me and is supportive - which is very helpful and I am grateful - but the space issue is still hard to deal with.
