Guest guest
To an extent - I am able to find peace and sanctuary within myself even in the most chaotic or unlikely places/circumstances. But I have not yet implemented a meditation routine into my daily life. This is something I hope to do soon, it seems necessary now more than ever. What I meant by crabby moreso is that I've undergone some drastic life-changes lately (moving to a new -and vastly larger- city, going back to school for the first time in 4 years plus having the awakening 2 months ago) and it feels like anything new or unexpected beyond all of this is too much on my already heaping plate. Since my boyfriend and I have been going through so much as well having him around so much has been making me crabby. We are still in the process of working things out and I want to give him all that he deserves for he is so loving and understanding....let's just say I haven't found a balance yet! I just moved here (to Montreal) on Monday, and since the rent prices are so much higher here I've had to downsize my space a lot and I'm just trying to cope. I'm trying my best to forgive myself for not feeling like I'm doing 'my best' - i.e. with the mood swings, being scared of going to school again, being overhwhelmed by people's energy on the busy streets - I'm sure I'll adjust, and meditation will most likely be a HUGE benefit in that. Plus, I found a therapist in town who is K active as well, so I'm going to get in contact with her asap. All I have to say is thank God for all of you, for your kindness and support, now that I have found you I don't know what I'd do without you. :) Much love, Kerry > <> > > >RE: Emotional Outbreaks! -Kerry >Thu, 4 Jan 2007 19:48:52 -0800 (PST) > >Are you able to meditate? - c > > > >
