Guest guest
Hi Lisa, I too have this somedays, I feel like I can eat and eat and eat, even when I must be full up of food I still feel hungry. I just go with it, if I feel hungry I munch away, at other times I don't feel hungry and I don't eat. Shakti needs her rocket fuel. Guest guest
When K started for me on June 4th I felt this overwhelming energy and I wasn't hungry at all.It lasted 3 months and I was only eating twice a day about an ounce and I had to force myself to even eat that.On top of this I was exercising 10-15 miles on my elliptical machine and I lost 20lbs.I just wasn't hungry but I was drinking huge amounts of water and crying like crazy without any reason at all.Now I eat but not too much, anyway I eat more than before. Guest guest
Hi Lisa, I'm going through this too. I'm only gaining a little bit of weight, though, when before my awakening if I ate this much it would have shown quite a bit. Just a thought - it might depend on what you're eating that's making you sick. Are you eating healthy-type stuff or food that's more processed? Guest guest
dear y.l. cravings may point to a difficiency. possibly mineral. spiritual/psych stuff may point to the surfacing of repressed needs or food used as medication for anxiety. take this for what it's worth in your process. blessings, -steve f
Guest guest
As soon as you can, go out and do some hard excercise. Get your heart rate up and going . Relieve the thirst you debvelop only with water. When you eat, eat only vegeatrian but no legumes. Let me know when you have done this. - chrism " yoga.lisa " <yoga.lisa wrote: Dear Chrism, I am literally eating myself sick and still starving. I can not get enough food. Guest guest
Now eat some local honey. By itself. raw honey is best. After an hour, go out and have a steak or fish or chicken, something with protien, no aclhohol. only water with a lemon wedge or freshly pressed carrot juice. Eat as much of this as you can then go home or to the bathroom and run a hot bath with a entire box of baking soda, medium or small box soak in that for an hour and keep the water or juice near you for hydration. No perfumed bath salts or oils or any of that kind of thing, no incence. Make as much steam as yoiu can and breath of the steam as you soak. Do this three times and pleade let me know when you are finished. By three times please include the exercise. -
